Lived here for a year. Close to Eastern and UCONN (very convenient). Staff and maintenance were very responsive and professional. My only complaint was about an inconsiderate neighbor.

That's funny you asked this question because i was thinking about it yesterday. If i remember correctly, as long as it's returned to the original white, then yes. But i would double check with the leasing office
