The place is normally good for me, but today it was around a 30 minutes wait for a mango/pineapple smoothie- frustrating! Lady on the department looks clueless!

What a horrible place this McD has become!!! Numerous workers ambling around while my wife and I search for antiseptic and towels to clean at least 1 table. Then, after ordering an eat-in meal, got a "bag" lunch, with the wrong food and none of the ordered condiments... unavalable at any kiosk stand. The order, of course, was wrong anyway. When trying to get the items corrected, I waited for more than 5 minutes, 4 feet from numerous workers, who ignored me completely, while the closest 2 workers discussed their latest dates on UCONN campus. The cold order was finally fixed only after I had to bring to their attention, that a person paying their salary was already through the "polite" stage. SKIP THIS PLACE.

Man at window was unsure about coupons, there was an issue with my ice coffees 1 filled to brim 2 half filled and all with no ice and the man at the window refused to remake the coffees. He argued and made no effort to create a better situation. Terrible attitude. This was at 11:25pm. march 29 An individual 5 star review is to lady named Cat because she helped to assist us and had a smile on her face.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The night shift workers are awful and incompetent. They almost never can accept cards at night so they’re cash only 99% of the time, the employees are rude, and there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t provide service. Not to mention the wait times are ungodly. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to get food late at night. This McDonald’s is nothing but a disappointment every time. On the rare occasion you do get to order food, it’ll probably be incorrect even though it took them 2 hours to make it.
