The staff was wonderful and the fact that you can find a hotel that accepts your pets as well. SCORE! GOLD! The room was mostly clean, but needs a deep cleansing and its sad that the breakfast was discontinued, but understandably(cuz Covid). Otherwise, very enjoyable stay.

It doesn’t even deserve a star it was so filthy. When arriving the landscape looked like it hadn’t been done in about three weeks and all the window screens were torn out. Chalk writing on the front sidewalk. The staff werent pleasant except for the member when we were leaving the pool area wasn’t even open there were a huge mound of clothes and a couch in the area when looked thru the window the other windows were painted so you could t look thru. The ice machine on the way to the room was broken. When arriving in the room the floor was so dirty and stained it looked as though they never had cleaned it. The lamps were ripped and no coffee pot. I wore my shoes in the shower because it was moldy and black from dirt. The toilet ran all night and the tile in the bathroom were broken and coming up. There was only one towel and one washcloth and when I went to ask for more we had to wait until they washed them to get two more the next morning. I would hope this isn’t a common practice of the red roof chain. We were offered a free night at another time but that still doesn’t fix the issues of this particular hotel.

Made it a staggering 15 min in the room before going to the Hampton inn down the road. The room was dirty and even though it was a non-smoking room the room had a 60% cigarette smell and 40% dog/ mold smell. The only positive was the very kind receptionist who i assume has had multiple guests return there keys shortly after checking in.

Walked out immediately and slept in the parking lot. The bed was freshly slept in. No towels. The pillows were previously used. Shower had cigarette ash in it. Q-tips lying everywhere in the hallway. Smelled horrible too. Girl at the front desk was lying on the floor when we walked in. Crazy experience getting charged for a week when we weren't there but 3-5 minutes. STAY AWAY
