Walked into Firestone with a simple request: Needed my passenger front tire patched. Corey was extremely professional and polite. Came out to my car, inspected the tire, told me 30min to an hour, which is really good for walk-ins, and even came out to check the Torque after I put the new tire back on. 1 hour roughly for the whole job and $20. Thank you Firestone and the rest of the staff for taking care of me.

Manager Paul and service pro Joseph were both great at getting me in and out on short notice. Orthodox Easter and needed a flat fixed in a hurry. Great people. If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. Thank you.

Ok ....where to start. Roughly 30 days ago I purchased 4 brand new tires from Hermitage Firestone Co. On this vehicle I'm referring to, my wife drives . Tire pressure (dummy light) appears and she lets me know. Ok no problem except all 4 are showing low , I call Firestone for them to check the vehicle tires , nothing available until 12-1 , so I told my wife to have it there by then and so she did . Only to be informed that she cannot be seen until 3 p.m. hmmm that's not what I was told this morning @8 a.m. thank you for getting my wife up from bed from working 12 hrs overnight and telling her that she needs to come back that they're out for lunch. Can you understand the frustration? Poor costomer service.
