Positive: The hotel is gorgeous and feels very upscale. The front desk staff are kind and efficient. We paid extra for a premium suite and it was large and comfortable. Negative: We stayed here for our wedding and asked several times before leaving for our wedding day for the room to be cleaned and refreshed before we came back for the night. We came back on our wedding night to an unmade bed and no clean towels. Disappointing.

Positive: Location was really nice and this was a very nice Double Tree¿exceeded my expectations. I was not looking for anything fancy as we were doing a college visit, but I would highly recommend! Would stay here again! Negative: Free parking option would be nice, no complaints otherwise.

Terrible!! I see all these 5 stars and wonder why? First things first..price. Highway robbery. Just based on that I will never come back. I expect to pay 100-200 for a higher end double queen room but not $450. We only live a half hour away but came to watch a show and was trying to be responsible and not drive even with one beverage. Second bad mark. 12 more dollars for parking? really? Homeless man sitting outside car garage elevator gave us the creeps right off. We were offered Hotel cookies ( credit where credits due) We get to our room...slow elevators. The room looks nice really, a bit extra room then your normal. A couple more points. Shower kept getting cool while showering, No breakfast included. I repeat...No breakfast included. At 450 I was expecting a free robe...instead we,re leaving hungry and broke.

Great stay, great beds, worth the money. Would have given 4 stars but front desk clerk was sub standard at checkout. Didn't ask us how our stay was- too busy sitting in a chair stuffing her mouth stuffing her breakfast in her mouth (away from the check in area). Her appearance was substandard (more like Motel 6). The coffee area was also unkempt. Check in clerks were an exact 180'- very professional, dressed appropriately.
