Usual trip to the Johnson city GameStop is fine. Employees are nice and have never had an issue. However recently that was not the case. I come in and began asking questions about the Funko pops. I then made a lighthearted joke about one of the mystery boxes and employee was immediately defensive, rude, and made me feel stupid. Extremely weird behavior coming from an associate. Probably won't be coming back if same person is there again

spend 50$ on a pokémon go box. the packs were opened and switched with nothing good. no Vs nor V maxs. usually you’d at least get 1 or 2. very very upset 😪👎 sure the dude was nice abt it but like. he rlly sold me a trashy box 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
