THIS INFORMATION IS BASED SOLELY UPON HOW I WAS TREATED OR RATHER MISTREATED BY THIS PARTICULAR PLACE IN JOHNSON CITY. AND BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ADHEAR TO THEIR OWN TYPICAL TIMFRAME THEY COST ME AN EXTRA 29,000 DOLLARS. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLAYTON HOMES OF JOHNSON CITY. We're passing by Clayton homes in Johnson City TN. on the way back to home. We have been planning our future home for us in our land. So we stopped at gate which was closed but a contractor, Mr. Bratt with Red truck kindly opened the gate and showed us several model homes that we wanted to see. We're impressed with homes. It was an amazing experience with homes especially Mr. Bratt's genuine care and knowledge. We really appreciated his time.

I have driven by there several times & their is a beautiful green triplewide mobile home sitting right in the front. I was dying to know the price, so I went in & looked at it. It was absolutely gorgeous! I then proceeded to the office to inquire about the price out of pure curiosity. $250,000!!!! My husband & I could build our dream home for that amount of money because he is a contractor.
