My buying experience was pretty much effortlessly, thanks be to God. I could not believe that the whole transaction took only several hours. Unfourtenately, I had a problem with my trade in, but it was with the other agency and not with Volkswagon South Dealership. But even though they did not create the problem, their General Manager Chris Assmar stepped in and helped me out, and pointed me to the right direction, which lead to the solution of the problem. I could not believe all the assistance I received from him. He really cares, calls you back when he says he will and gave me his cell number in case I needed further assistance. Now that's AWESOME customer service! Thanks again, Mr. Assmar, you made me a believer that not all dealerships are snakes.
