Total incompetence. I scheduled an appt online for an oil change, tried to use the chat bot to confirm if there was a drop box so I could drop my vehicle off after hours. The chat bot could not answer and gave me some random number to call that was a dead phone line. I found Dadeland jeep service number on their website and spoke to a women who explained I didn't need an appointment for an oil change I can just come through express. I proceeded to explain to her that I don't have time and would rather just drop off the car this evening and pick it up after I'm finished work. She said, sure I can use the drop box. Well at 10pm this evening when I drove 20 minutes to drop off my car, there was no where to go, all the entrances were gated so I had to turn around and drive 20 minutes back home. Seems like something simple the service person could have told me, like, make sure you drop off your vehicle before XX time because we block off the parking lot. Looks like I'll be heading to Planet jeep from now on.

Service Center text more than call on phone. Draw back for elders that perfer verbal communication. Texting seems impersonal. However my service agent Deysi was extremely helpful. There was another employee that assisted me when I return to drop off vehicle and my agent Deysi was on lunch. I thought that she was the service manager, but not, the way she interacted with genuine concern to help customer when others were more concerned with lunch or themselves. She is a worthy employee that gives a 110%. I also meet the service manager, she was also a delight to talk to. She recognized my concern and advised me that she was aware of my situation and have agent follow-up. I highly recommend DadeLand Dodge to all vehicle owners to go or come her for service.
