Burgers never disappoint. I always enjoy a good burger here, but unfortunately customer service sucks big time!! It’s like the new generation didn’t get taught manners! Going in the restaurant, they see you and completely ignore you until they feel like it. Not even a, “ we’ll be with you shortly” or something. They take forever to prepare your order so people rather do drive thru for the same reason, and they even take long through the drive thru! I would give it one star, but they are still teaching them how to do the burgers right no matter what!

I am surprisingly impressed with the food I received today. The burgers were perfect and juicy plus the fries were warm and delicious.

I'm highly disappointed with the service. We waited at the window for 10 minutes, nobody greeted us. Plus the manager handed me half empty drinks without straws or napkins. She was very rude and when I asked for the the missing napkins and straws it seemed like it was a lot to ask for. Worst service I've experienced in a fast food restaurant.

As far as i know Burger king corp. isn't going out of business. Its a multi billion dollar indistry. As for the Burger King in Awater, Ca. Burger King Corp.sold their store to a franchise Co. I've worked there for 12 years there was two franchise Company's. Strategicq a+ Restaurant Inc.up until 3 years ago on Dec. 29th 2016 it was bought byGhai Management CEO is Sunny Ghai. The last I heard they were going to remodel the Atwater store not cloae it down. I hope this answers your question

I had the same thing happen to my burger king that I had been going to for years. I did the unistall reinstall thing and still nothing. I think I tried the online website too. Same thing. So it might not just be the app. I think my burgur king may have blocked itself because for awhile they weren't open until noon. I think they may have been short on staff. This covid shut down stuff is over reach. It needs to stop. Open everything back up. It will only happen though if T/P win.
