Smells horrible in the car wash like something died in there

Workers did not mention my antenna and I forgot to lower it. Antenna broke. Employees not helpful at all. All I needed was a reminder to lower antenna. Poor wash job so I asked for reimbursement for wash. Manager said could not reimburse, my only option was to go through wash again. I reminded her I could not go through wash because of broken antenna that was dangling. She was still not helpful. I insisted she speak to her supervisor. Begrudgingly issued reimbursement. 5 years of 2 unlimited memberships and this is what I get.

They are always super friendly and the vacuums work great. My only gripe is that they cannot ever seem to get my back window of my 2018 F150.
