The security lady was very rude.We all people I think so.She talk with so rude.But one good thing IRS workers understand my situation and help me.I want to say to say IRS worker very thank you .And to security lady be kind please ,it’s unprofessional to not understand any one.

I would give no stars if possible. I had scheduled two appointments now which both have been canceled. I originally called and scheduled for March 2021, a week before my appointment they canceled because of an "unexpected" office closure and it said they would call me to re-schedule. I never got a call and had to call the appointment line and was then told I can't have another appointment until June 16th. I once again got an email saying they have to cancel my appointment because of an "unexpected" closure. Now I cannot even get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment. This is beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

No. If you walk in and start doing the hokey pokey at the front desk, they will see you within 3 mins
