If your company could stop salesman coming to my home, that would be great. They knocked nonstop at 8:30 at night!!!!! causing my dogs to bark while my brother was trying to sleep for his night shift. Then they had to be asked to leave SEVERAL TIMES!! I will be telling EVERYONE I know about this. From the bottom of my heart, eat soil.

If I could leave 0 stars I would terrible service terrible customer service they damaged my property called for 3 months until I was able to get that handles canceled service in August had everything removed and they're still billing me this office never returns my phone calls like they're supposed to how can you charge me for a service I'm not receiving absolutely disgusted how I've been treated by the so called best alarm company

I've been completely satisfied with my system until it started to beep at 3 AM. It needed batteries, which I installed but it didn't completely resolve the issue. Placed call to service department and after sometime rep was unable to resolve my issue. Rep just said I'll send a tech out and set up the Appointment. NEVER MENTIONED THERE WOULD BE A FEE, found this out when tech arrived. Tech was here for 5 minutes, checked the newly installed batteries I had installed and placed unit back on the wall. Problem was resolved, Called billing to get fee waived and encountered uncooperative, disrespectful employee. Couldn't get waiver until threatened to cancel new 3 year contract on day 2 of my agreeing to renew it. WAS THIS NECESSARY!! IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEIR FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE!

Questions & Answers

I have been informed by an ADT person that equipment becomes the property of customer after a certain period of time, is that true, I was told this when I asked that I be supplied new key chain devices to engage system and shut system off.

I live in a large house & cannot hear my alarm from its position in the kitchen - do you have secondary panels that can be tied into kitchen panel?
