Unfortunately, this facility receptionists staff probably don’t know what HIPPA is. How else to explain the fact that they ask aloud the reason for your visit (a few times in the past visit, another patients as well, so it is not just one time occurrence), which lab results you want to pick up (meaning for what diseases you were tested). And when you are hesitant to tell ALOUD because YOU DONT WANT ANOTHER PEOPLE HEAR YOU INTIMATE BUSINESS - they ask you again 🫣🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I hope this “medical” staff will read a little bit about HIPPA and respect patients’ right to remain private about their medical business and won’t demand to speak aloud P.S. Not to mention they never send my medication to the pharmacy. Until I called (a few times).

I WENT THERE FOR A RASH AND THEY CHARGED ME $100 FOR THE APPOINTMENT. I SAW THE DOCTOR FOR A TOTAL OF 10 MINUTES AND GOT A PRESCRIPTION FOR CREAM THAT DID NOT HELP. COULD NOT GET A FEFILL. THEN SEVERAL MONTHS LATER THEY BILL MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I HAD TO COME UP WITH MORE MONEY. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Why do they have "Urgent" in their name? You can't even reach a person directly, when calling on the phone?! If they were that concerned about helping people, they'd certainly PICK UP THE PHONE, directly instead of "dial this" or "dial that"?! Go to Abington Hosp E/R instead.

Most likely just the paperwork to be filled out and then of course yourself 😊 really they make it that easy. If by cannce you have you oadt immunization records sure but for the dmv likely not what thay sre looking for.
Our Urgent Care in Horsham is open from 8am-6pm monday through friday and 9 am- 4 pm on weekends.
You can call and tell them your insurance. They can verify if they accept it over the phone

Hi Sandy, Most insurances are covering the rapid tests however there are some that are now requiring co-payments. Unfortunately we are not able to tell which ones up front as they are all different. We do not charge any money up front for the test. If there is a co-payment you will receive a bill. Liberty Urgent Care
They only call for positive results, if you need proof of a negative result call the office and they will email.
