This community is fantastic! my family and I just moved in here and we are absolutely in love with our neighborhood! Brenda was so helpful and so accommodating throughout our move, we couldn't be happier! for me personally, communication is key. Brenda exceeded our expectations. she kept in contact with us throughout the entire renovation of our new beautiful townhome which was awesome to feel like we were included every step of the way. our family is beyond happy in our new beautiful home! thank you to all the hilltop staff and a special thank you to Brenda for being so accommodating!

We’ve lived here since 2015 and it just keeps getting better and better! Brenda, Chris and Javier do a wonderful job of keeping the outside and inside well maintained. Recently we’ve had some upgrades (like Nest thermostats) which are terrific! Our family has lots of friends here and we enjoy the sense of community. I highly recommend Hilltop for families.

Just renewed for a second year. So far it's the best place I've rented in many years. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Neighbors are quite, parking is no problem and I'd recommend hilltop townhomes to family and friends.
