What is their local phone number??? Not the 1-800 smh… dropped a package off last week in a drop box and it’s still sitting in the drop box. No driver is picking the packages up. What’s up with that UPS?! No, I don’t want to call you 1-800 number because your international workers are no help. Opened 3 claims already and they just say wait for a call… here I am one week later still waiting.

Does anyone know the HORSHAM, PA UPS number??? I’m trying to call them bc I get no where calling the regular UPS number.. also don’t want the generic response to this review that I should reach out to UPS on social media... I did that as well and THEY DIDN'T DO **** either... why isn’t the facility number listed here on google?? By the reviews that’s the only way something gets done. My package was supposed to be delivered on 8/12. It has been sitting at this facility since 8/12 not moving. I really don’t understand how you loose packages!

Just a shortage of staffing because of covid. Most people that apply don't make it because they aren't cut for loading. I've had no issues personally. Solid workers
The Willow Grove/ Horsham PA Ups Customer Counter has Monday Hours 4 P.M. -8 P.M. You can always go to a UPS store or UPS.com and schedule your package for pick-up from home or business. There is a UPS store in the Lowes & Sam's Club shopping center. It's located in front by the T-mobile & Mellon Bank.
