Lived here for almost 9 years. Maintenance is amazing! The show up the next day in most cases to fix any issue you have and are very polite and respectful. Parts had to be ordered for my washer and dryer and they have kept me informed though out the whole process. A maintenance team will either make or break an apartment and these guys are the reason I am still here.

I have lived at Fair Oaks for over 13 years and I love living here. The building I live in is very close knit, just like family. The maintenance team is great, especially when it comes to snowy weather. They are outside at the crack of dawn shoveling and snow blowing, making sure we are all safe. Maintenance request are handled timely and quickly and the office staff could not be any nicer, always helpful! A great place to live, oh, and lowest price around to live comfortably. Thanks for all you do. :)

I have been a resident of Fair Oaks for three years. I love that the complex is close to Target, Walmart and Giant Food stores and all local malls and restaurants. We also have a picnic area, basketball court and pool. The management team is great. They treat the residents as family. They sponsor pool days, pretzel days and even free snacks at the rental office. If you need maintenance, the staff responds in 24 hours or less. The apartments are spacious. We just got new washers and dryers you can use with a phone app. Highly recommend!! Great place to live. The leasing office staff is amazing!
