I regret ever purchasing a used vehicle from Regal. I've spent $6,000 over the first year of ownership since my purchase if a used pickup from them. Some of it small potatoes that they should have taken care of before putting it out for sale, some larger ticket items also. 5 months after purchase I had to replace an AC part costing over $4,000 Regal did try and help with a discount but it was still a life altering financial repair. 1 year to the day I've now put in another $2,000 in repairs. And there's still items broken from when I first purchased the vehicle because I can't freaking afford to fix anything else on it.

All employees ware a mask. I saw an employee cleaning counter tops and other common areas frequently with something in a spray bottle and wiping down the surfaces. All of the customers while I was there wore masks. The employees that drove my car back for service all wore latex gloves and wiped down the steering column and other areas in the vehicle that had been touched.
