I paid for 2 queen beds. The beds are full size beds. It was extremely dirty. No coffee. I went to front desk to ask about the queen beds. Was told that they were queen beds,when I told her they were not she simy said well they are and that's all we have. I asked for reg coffee for my room was told they didn't have any. Asked for a extra blanket and you would have thought I asked for a body part.Rooms ate dirty and people live in this hotel full time. Also police were called in the late evening because of someone with a gun.I went to eat breakfast next morning to find mini muffins only. No juice,cereal,milk or toast. Just 5 little mini muffins in a case. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

The rooms smelled awful. The floor was wet from the air conditioner. The counter in the bathroom was about to fall and the coffee pot was nasty. The pool tile was broken and looked nasty. The room itself was completely nasty. House keeping and upkeep is lacking awful. On a good note….we did receive a good military discount. Tickets to Kings Island were cheaper there and they did shuttle us to the park on a big scary looking bus.

We had bad storms take our power out for 3 days and we stayed at super 8 an hour from our home due to wide spread outages. The staff is very nice and the rooms were nice with a microwave And mini fridge. Very comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms. There is a small play ground and a nice outdoor pool area very nice setup for families.

This is by far worst room I've been in in my years of traveling. The refrigerator had no freezer compartment, tray froze in couldn't adjust. Not sure what some spots were on the floor, the shower sounded like was going to fall through it, ice bucket no lid. Recommend bringing your own pillow also. Will not book here again. On positive side, shuttle to Kings Island and close to restaurants.
