** update on review** After i checked in, i noticed my sink was completely unusable then after they came and removed somw things off the sink, i went to shower - mold and mildew every where. Ive stayed here before and my last impression must have been a " once in a blue moon occurrence" after two nights I was informed by front desk that I would be charged $20 for a spot on the sheet that was already there upon arrival. If you pay in cash for a deposit they will try to find something to charge you for. Honestly the front desk workers were AMAZING- BUT, the manager wants money, the spot on the sheet was clearly from a dryer. It was black oil & since I never play in oil - and was only just at the water park both days I am 100% sure we weren't in the coal mines. Location: 10/10 Desk staff: 10/10 Manager: greedy Cleanliness: 5/10 Breakfest: 4/10 Pool: looked dirty, didn't attempt. Bed: one bed missing pillow, sheets did not fit, had to wash head board, bed was comfortable enough. No bugs found. Air conditioner: nice, but couldn't keep up. Shower: hot water, moldy and mildew all over faucet, shower head and shower curtains. Bring your own Toilet paper and thank me later, hotel Kleenex would put the toilet paper there to shame. Parking : good Only one elevator. " permit in office, if you know what I mean" Do NOT PAY CASH DEPOSIT HERE. If they have to put new bedding on you will be charged. Which brings me to my final statement- they do NOT change the bedding between each customer. When you arrive ask for fresh sheets and blanket!

The room (319) smelled like urine and when informed the staff didn't do anything about it. We had to go buy air freshener just to make the room habitable and when I was getting the cost of the supplies back at check out, it turned into a 15 minute argument with the manager over the fact that it's not their responsibility to follow up on complaints, it's the guest's. They claimed that the desk employee went up to our room shortly after we notified them which was around 02:00, but being that we were up until 04:30-0500ish and we never heard a single knock I find that hard to believe. And being that housekeeping never came in the morning either, clearly these kinds of complaints fall through the cracks. Absolutely horrible establishment.

The stay was okay! Just a couple down sides. The pool area for starters. The pool itself was cloudy and had loose weave hair in it along with other things! The chlorine was low in the pool so it gave off a almost like fishy smell. The smell was so bad it was on my swim trunks and stunk up my room where they were drying off. The other issue is the unbearable smell on the 3rd floor. I think there was a fossett or a toilet overflow and the carpet was soggy and wet and wasn’t attended to and left to dry and made the whole floor smell foul. So the stay was decent but the pool area need some deep TLC and the smell on the 3rd floor needs to be attended too!

Very good place to stay. Breakfast had many choices. Food was hot and tasty. Excellent coffee. Rooms were clean and quiet. Asked you to wear a mask indoors!

Believe it was 6am to 9am. Plenty of options too from hot and cold. Nice buffet
Waffles are great, donuts, cereals, toast, bagels,eggs, sausage, yogurts, fruit, juices, milk, tea and coffee. This one had a really nice breakfast and was satisfying since we were traveling with seniors and children.
Whenever they want to close it but it said 10pm. And the hot tub never works
