Our room was typical for a Marriott hotel. Nice decor and clean. I requested extra towels prior to arrival and they were waiting in our room. The staff was friendly. Only issue keeping the room from 5 stars, is the mattress wasn't so comfortable.

Stayed here for work (providing TV coverage for Big East Baseball Championship) and was glad we made this choice. There was a youth soccer tournament and a youth basketball tournament in the area this same weekend, so there were a LOT of teenagers and their families in the hotel in the common areas on the first floor. Some of them, being teenagers, wandered in hallways occasionally in small, fairly quiet groups. Some gathered outside in the driveway turnaround area on Saturday night. But that was a minor inconvenience. They could be doing WAY worse things. Rooms were nice and clean. Love the shower. Beds were comfy. Hotel bar area was nice, Tyler was a great bartender, but as is typical in a hotel bar it was a little pricy. There are plenty of food options locally and within walking distance, although sidewalks are limited. (That is on the municipality, though.) Parking lot is huge...so big we could easily park our TV semi after the final game on Sunday night before we hit the road on Monday. Will definitely stay here again when in the Cincinnati area.

Clean; reasonably priced room. Nice pool. Restaurant is pricey so didn't eat there. The entire staff is AWESOME. Every single one is friendly; courteous, and helpful. The staff really makes your stay a great experience. Wish every place had such a wonderful group of people working there like this hotel does.

I had an unexpected business trip to the Northern Cincinnati Area. My first pleasant hotel experience since Covid-19 emerged. It was pleasurable to be in the company of people who seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job. I had several questions about the area and hotel, every individual I spoke with was kind and genuinely wanted to help. The breakfast buffet was clean , accommodating and tasty, buffet experience led me to try their breakfast menu within the Tavern. Although expensive I without a doubt had the best breakfast meal in over two years, I ordered the western omelet which was cooked perfectly (not to dry/ not to runny). If staying I highly recommend you spring the extra cash for a plate, you wont be disappointed. I recommend Cincinnati Marriott Northeast for any business or family travel , in our current world of chaos and struggling hotel operations this crew hit the nail on the head! Big thumbs up to the breakfast cook a good meal goes miles in my world and my breakfast set the tone for my entire day.
