I recently came in for my puppies 2nd run of shots. Andrea the tech was amazing! Very sweet and kind and explained everything in complete detail. I really like the vet also. I also reached out for an appointment for our labradoodle. I was very surprised to hear we would have to pay a $17.00 fee for a tech visit. I asked why is the tech giving the vaccines instead of the vet. Our labradoodle is 7 and I don't feel comfortable for a tech that may or may not be certified giving him shots and what Level of vet tech are they? How busy are you staying that it could be any tech giving the shots. Plus its really the doctors responsibility. I think credentials should be posted for the techs showing what they may or may not be certified in. In addition I went online to set an appointment and no one every called me. I finally called later that evening and what put on hold for more than 5 minutes, after 2 minutes it is courteous to come back on the line and let me know your still there. The receptionist had no manners. When questioning and wanting to know the whys, she said it was changed over a year ago and we weren't notified. She completely over talked me when I was trying to figure out what the heck kind of system it is. Your missing the most valuable part of your business. Compassion and care. Your receptionist can kill your business before you walk in the door. Non explanation and speaking to people as though what they are saying has no matter is horrible.

The Doctors are good but the business manager/owner i feel and have been told by other customer's seems to be sticking it to the person. They wanted to charge me a fee for care credit when care credit does not charge the consumer for a transaction. Yea i get they charge the business but a $28.00 fee and most vets cut you a slight break if you bring two pets in at once not this one. I had Dr Dunigan (Spelling?) and she is top notch. Would give it 4 stars if it were not for the business office end
