This company is doing an outstandingly good job in customer service. I am a "small" customer; it didn't matter at all. I felt taken very seriously. If I could, I would give 6 stars. Prabha showed a lot of patience in helping me recalculating and rewiring an existing camper van solar system. He didn't just tell me, how. He wanted to make sure, I understand. He said: "now you can teach others, too, right?" I ended up buying one used solarpanel and a circuit breaker. I just finished installing everything and it works excellent, battery bank is charging, fridge is running! I will definitely come back for my next project, the off-grid guesthouse for a wolfdog sanctuary. Thank you SanTanSolar!

I've made 3 trips to their Savannah location. Every used panel I have got from them has worked well and provided good power 75 to 90% of what the panel was rated new. You can't beat watt per dollar price of their panels. Online a popular panel goes for $129.99 for 100watts. My last batch of 17 panels cost me $70 each and produced 207 to 227 watts. My first batch produced 165 +/- and cost $43 each. The quality of the hardware they sell is made to last a long time.
