Told me my insurance covered the visit then received a bill for over $300.

First visit brief no issues. Sleep study scheduled for a month later. I never heard back. Day of appointment I call only to find out my appointment was canceled because my insurance didn’t cover the overnight procedure, they never called me I had to call them. Ok fine so I went in and grabbed the DIYS home kit. Did the home kit turned it in. Follow up appointment for results were a couple days later at 8:00 Friday, they call me at 3:30 pm day before to change appointment time to 11, even though I am required to give them 24 hours notice or I am charged. Got to appointment Riley behind the desk said you have a $30.00 co pay I said ok and went to hand her cash, she tells me they take card only. I went to leave to go to ATM and she said I’ll just cancel the appointment then. So now I’m fuming and start to think about it, I don’t think I have a co pay. I call the billing department was placed on bold for 20 min then told they are checking into it. I got a call on Monday from Chloe in billing saying yes correct you don’t have a co pay. That’s all she said never said call to reschedule, sorry about that nothing. So now I’m finally back for follow up with no co pay, Riley greets me with your back, got that $30.00 co pay. I said I don’t have a co pay and she said how do you figure, I had to play the voicemail message back for her to believe I didn’t have a co pay. No notes in system or anything. To top that off once the almighty know everything Riley finds out she was wrong, never offered an apology to me at all, her very next words were so you have a mask it’s required. I said apology accepted and walked away. BTW it’s Sept 2022, who still requires masks? The FAA doesn’t even make me wear one. Terrible office need new front desk help and a major management overhaul. At least a class on custom service would help. As soon as I get results I’m jammin and NEVER coming back here.

I have had several appointments over the last month. On all occasions the Staff and Doctors have been very professional, friendly and informative. They have a great culture in their workplace and I would recommend them.

I have had a lot of issues with this office. They told me I was supposed to be at one location and they had me scheduled at another. Every single time I go to the office I wait quite a long time. If I have an 8:30 appointment, the practitioners come in at 8:40 and I am lucky to be seen by 9:15. They have no respect for your time. I do not recommend.
