If my section8 expired the extension for looking for a place to live and was told by section they couldn't apply for section8 again until next year can they apply with the HUD for finding a home that has the low rent cost

I was informed on May 13 I need to move the cut off date for section 8 is May 15 am I to late for senior help

All you have to do is go to DMV and do a transfer of title. if the bank signed off you can take it with you. make a appt with DMV or it is a long line to do anything there.,Just go online to DMV.com and you can go to the office closest to you, it will be easier on you and your sister.hope I was able to help you, good luck

1st off They have to give you a 90 day notice to move out of premises. so at the least you will have that time. 2nd you can maybe ask the new owners if they are gonna be renting it out if so would continue taking the section 8 voucher ...good luck
