1st off They have to give you a 90 day notice to move out of premises. so at the least you will have that time. 2nd you can maybe ask the new owners if they are gonna be renting it out if so would continue taking the section 8 voucher ...good luck
Hopefully before the actual move-in date for the other family. You will need to talk to the homeowner about it.
