My package was delivered to my neighbors however the photo showed a completely different package and house at another location. Then a few days later I had another package delivered that was a childs baby grand piano and the package was so damaged that the keys on the piano will not work. My items were purchased thru Amazon and I had no choice in who delivers my purchased items. Fed Ex needs to get it together.

Horrible driver after they messed up my package the didn't drop it off for over a week and then worthless driver pushed it out of the back of the van onto the driveway

FedEx Lebanon should hire new employees, and unfortunately the only thing customer service does is lie. My package has been said to be getting delivered for 3 days, and finally, they tell me that the Lebanon facility has simply lost my package.

Absolutely the worst delivery and customer service! Even with delivery manager and delivery instructions, they can't deliver to the right address. Customer Service is remote and of zero use

As a FedEx employee I'm a driver call the hub where your packages are sorted and ask to speak with the station manager,that's just pure laziness I'm sorry you have to deal with that we're not all bad hope you get through to them
Hey Marjorie sorry for any inconvenience I work for Lebanon hub,they are behind volume has increased by 33%hopefully this helps and sorry for your frustration
FedEx ground uses third party contractors who bid on specific routes. Common issue is the contractors take to many stops for each truck and have priority stops that often cause issues with drivers running out of time to complete the routes.
They can't get it right.
It has to be from like a ground center to another center.
Yes you can ship packages from there
Yes you can even call there and have them hold a package for you too so you can pick it up
Ya..you'll go nonstop..the work is physically demanding
