Why are my packages from the Lebanon, OH distribution being delivered to the wrong address. 3 deliveries this week were all delivered wrong. I have Delivery Manager with instruction.

The top two, the address is formatted incorrectly and sending the driver to the wrong spot. Similar addresses can often cause this problem. If you are in a business block with multiple suites it’s common for missed packages.
