Why are my packages constantly delayed, never delivered or delivered to my neighbor's house? I used to be able to rely on FedEx, but I have zero confidence in the Lebanon OH Distribution Ctr. So frustrating!

Hi Marjorie, everytime my wife porders something and we see a FedEx tracking number we dread it because we know for years it's never showed up or consistently dropped off at our neighbors, because they go by their GPS which directs them yo our neighbors, but their fault is they never confirm the house number it's even on the mailbox which is directly in front of our house. We've even called the Lebanon hub and told them of the issue and supposedly they made notes for our address to give the driver a description of our home and vehicles. But still we have to go to our neighbors for our deliveries, very frustrating.
