They claim to have a passion for a better world. They are currently pushing a more biodegradable packaging to some big name companies. Yet when I went by to see there facility. I was able to take a photograph from the road of 2 dumpsters loaded with plastics. 2 plastic barrels and 16 buckets. Consider that is daily pick up.

This has to be the best workplace in Ohio! I've been here for almost 2 years and every day just keeps getting better. The leadership really cares about improving the lives of customers, employees, and the surrounding community. The positive culture is infectious and motivates everyone to strive for the best. The work is challenging but help is available if you ask. I'm a happier, better person for working here and I love winning with this team. I never want to leave!

It depends on the shift. It is somewhere around $13.00. They have great benefits and is a family owned business. I have been there for 2yrs and never have had an employer appreciate each and everyone of us!!!
