I will NEVER shop here again. I purchased a cardigan on December 18 for my mom for Christmas. The next day she got hospitalized for COVID and she passed away January 11. I ATTEMPTED to return the cardigan today (January 25) and was told there was nothing they could do for me because it was after 30 days, even though I explained the situation and that I had been out of town helping my dad with the funeral arrangements. The girl was completely cold and didn’t even explain this to the manager when she called. This is sickening to me that a LOCALLY owned store wouldn’t have more sympathy and just give me my $40 back so I don’t have to look at this cardigan and be reminded of who it was for.
