AVOID THIS PLACE I went here to take my driving exam in late june, i was an hour early but unfortunately waited in the wrong room (my fault but signage could be better and the dmv i had tested at before had all services in one room) when I finally got up to the counter it was a few minutes before my tested exam. I ran over to the other meeting still a few minutes early granted not the 15 min it recommends on the site. told the woman there my mistake but i was understanding if it was too late. She was immediately very rude to me, berated me for "wasting other peoples time". Whatever, my temps were gonna expire so I rescheduled my test with her for 9/13 and had my temps renewed. I call today to double check the time of my appointment and am informed that an appointment was never scheduled?? This woman had told me she scheduled it. Now, I have to wait another six weeks. NOT scheduling here again thats for sure.

Third trip here in the past 2 months. I walked into a jam packed waiting room and was out in 30 minutes. Staff are exceptional and very effecient.

I do not recommend the Lebanon DMV. I agree with other reviews that the drivers test side has an older man and woman working that hate their jobs and hate people in general. *side note-DMVs are considered a small business that fulfills the duty for the DMV state levels. The state sincerely needs to look at this contract awarded to the Lebanon DMV and shut it down. They do not follow the Customer Service Standards set by the DMV. This location is terrible, I’m sure there are other locations that would love to get the permit to do the driving portion of the contract. Spend your money and time with an agency that isnt going to treat people poorly bc they hate their jobs. The stigma of DMVs is definition of the Lebanon DMV. Drive to another county to get your drivers test completed. Avoid Lebanon at all cost.
