Do NOT get a Visa card through Kitsap CU. There is no way to setup autopay with a non-KitsapCU account. I have to take a picture of a paper check and move it around accounts every month to pay my bill. Customer support was abysmal.

Very rude!! We called before we came and asked what we needed to open a business account the. showed up a few hours later to learn that we needed an appointment which was never mentioned in the phone call . We had to wait for 45 minutes then to be treated very rudely by 2 seperate clerks that opened up new accounts and business accounts. We were told to leave because they wanted even more information above and beyond our state license and UNI that we had already provided. I have 3 other business accounts at US bank and never had a problem or was put the the ringer like this bank and then to be treated like we were was uncalled for. I am cancelling both my loan and my credit card through Kitsap credit union. We thought we would do business with someone local in the same town where our business is, but guess that was a bad idea.

We love our local Poulsbo branch of KCU. I'm a KCU lifer and we use them for almost all our loans and finances. They don't have the ridiculous fees, holds or deposit requirements that you see at big banks. Also, we've gotten to know the tellers and reps here and they have been friendly and accommodating every visit. Prompt return of phone calls too! If you read and understand the financial institution's rules and abide by them, you will not have problems with them. Thank you KCU!

I got very bad experience from there.My wife few days ago bring my payment check for the car loan to this office and told one of the person who working there-my husband need do payment till January 10 but he like do it early.My wife bring the check for car loan January 3 and ask them put this check January 4 because my husband will must tomorrow got pay stub from his job -they answer no problem, but what they do? They make deposit January 3 -it’s so stupid because I wrote a check for deposit January 4 and I have not dollars at that moment(I mean January 3) in my bank account and my bank charge from me 35$ return fees for that -who must compensate me for the employee's negligence???
