Very very very bad customer service, expected long wait time for an URGENT CARE. They don’t tell you how long of a wait when you checked in, they only tell you just sit and wait. If I had known my 86 years old grandma had to wait more then 3 hours to get a COVID vaccine when we checked in. I would have taken her to another place, after more then 3 hours wait, they told us another 30 minutes so we got up and left without a COVID shot, if you want to wait more then 3 hours in a room full of sick people, if you don’t have COVID, you will mostly likely to get COVID waking out of here. Some staff members DO NOT wear mask here. Read other reviews in this place prior to visiting. Will save yourself a trip. Stay way from this place!!!

I came with my husband for a COVID test, got checked in and was waiting along with other 13 people when I noticed one of the people in the staff with no mask (I didn’t get her name and would describe just for the purpose of management awareness. It was a girl with dyed light brown hair, lashes extensions and make up). She was calling patients names and giving them their documents back (id and insurance cards). I approached the receptionist and asked if the sign for mandatory mask was just for patients or if it was valid for staff as well. She told me that her colleague wasn’t interacting with patients that she only does document checking… I didn’t say anything else and stayed in the waiting room. A few minutes past, the girl showed up again wearing a mask and a soon after another staff member called only my name and said they ran out of COVID test.Everyone else who arrived after me was not prompted to leave, but I was. I regret not calling management right there, but the situation was so uncomfortable in a room full of people that we just wanted to leave. I even asked again the same person who informed me of the shortage on tests was going to impact the rest of people who arrived after me she said yes. However, there was a guy who walked by after us and he ran to the reception desk asked about covid test and the lady told him to just wait. I’m so shocked and disappointed with this crew attitude. It’s unbelievable that people can still be negating masks and following simple rules — especially if they are health care workers.
