Culver City store is my last resort, besides that you can’t go wrong with PCH or Huntington Beach location. Good deals and lots to offer.

The team at Cycle Gear is awesome. I just took the MTC course to prepare for getting my M1 license. I needed to get a helmet and some gloves. Walked into the store searching pretty mindlessly, but then Thomas asked if I needed any help. He then continued to provide excellent advice on the type of gloves I should be looking at and some tricks to evaluate a good fit. After finding a great pair of gloves, he brought us to the helmet wall and had me try on lots of different helmets. Eventually I found one that seemed to be a good fit, but he said to take it home and try wearing it for a couple hours to see if it was comfortable after a prolonged period of time. I did just that, and decided it was too small for me (pressure on my temples). I ended up driving back to swap the helmet up a size and their team did one better as they didn’t have the size I needed in the same helmet model. Ended up walking out with a better helmet at a slightly cheaper price (there was a sale on the new helmet) that fit excellently. I felt the team there was really looking out for my safety and provided one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever encountered. Furthermore, Thomas shared his personal story with the airbag vests and spent time showing us the various models available. He sold me on getting one. I’ll be back to Cycle Gear for the rest of my gear. This store and the team running the operation rock. Tldr: excellent, insightful motorcycle gear shopping experience.

I was looking for a new helmet which I could find in this store. Lincoln was very patient, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He tried his best to help me find a perfect fit helmet by giving me several choices to try. I was so impressed by his attitude and behavior. I didn't feel any pressure to pick a particular one. I wish I could give him a 10 star review. Thank you Lincoln.

I walked in knowing what I needed but not sure what I was going to get. The salesmen here were extremely helpful instantly. Pointed me in the right direction, showed me a few options and wasn’t pushy about trying to “up sell”. All of the items I got were great quality, look and price point. I will definitely be back again and again.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
Masks when you enter the store
You'd have better luck calling the actual store. But you could also try the battery shop off Victoria and Newport in Costa Mesa. They carry all kinds of different batteries
I believe they do, but I'd call the store just to double check
They will mount tires, but you have to bring them a wheel off the bike
I believe they have a 30 day return policy
