The front desk was very helpful and kind with a smile! The nurse asked me why I was there let her know and what I needed, she was very efficient, kind and understanding! The doctor came in and asked a few questions and soon after that I had what I needed in no time at all! All the through, they were all those things, but very professional along with being efficient and fast (which I needed)! It was just perfect and they couldn’t have been more caring! Thank You. I cut my toe in a biking accident and went to Hoag to have it looked at. In two hours I was checked in led to a room, wound cleaned and sutured. Amazing people. I wish I had gotten all their names. I believe I was treated by Dr. De La Vega. Very kind and patient with me will giving numbing shots. Recommend them very highly!!

NOTE: Walk-ins take priority even if you have an appointment. I didn't realize that when I made my appointment although I did feel more urgent matters would be taken ahead of me but not ALL walk-ins; well they are. All in all it was a good experience. However, NOT happy I took a lot of time filling out forms online for my appointment to be told by the staff they could not read them in Urgent Care. I had to fill a ton of them out all over again by hand. Other than that it went well. They weren't busy and I appreciated the P.A. (Ms. Ruiz) who saw me. She was very pleasant and thorough.

I like the convenience of the Urgent Care. I was not too sure they could help me today. I was having a massive bloody nose that would not stop. I have been told by many other Urgent Cares to do this or that. But they never solved the problem for me. Today I was under the care of Dr. Surati, she took this very seriously and administered to me. Solving many problems to then solve my problem today. I was extremely impressed and very happy that she was on duty today.
