Amazing place and amazing people. If you're not ignorant, then TD will be a good place for you.

I would not recommend this Brokerage firm! They do not place trades directly on the market. They place your trades in and out their accounts. They manipulate the market this way! I called and asked why the don't buy shares the same day when i want them to buy it, their response was: ""We would be moving the markets"". You should move the markets and buy when your clients want to buy!!! I spoke to a manager Nathan Maxwell on 12/18/2020, who said he doesn't have time for this and when i asked more questions he hung up on me! My friend and I placed a few trades on 12/18/2020 and checked on this, trades never posted on Nasdaq! I have a very large trade that they did not post at all. This is illegal and I reported it to FINRA and started the case. Will call SEC on Monday to report. Will move to a different broker ASAP! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY SCAM RETAIL INVESTORS!!! I am trying to transfer all my positions to IBKR and TD Ameritrade is rejecting the transfer for 2nd time now for NO reason! This is not acceptable! People, do not use these scammers!!!

is oak brook open?

I will be in Oak Brook next week and wish to buy approx $U.S. 300 worth of Mexican currency. Can I buy it directly (cash to cash) from the Ameritrade office in Oak Brook.

I don't believe they have any cash of any kind on hand. Better off going to a Chase bank. Maybe any bank.
