The treatment was not helpful. Infact it took maybe 3 or 4 treatments to feel any relief and the relief lasted not even a month. The 3 out of the 5 visits was extremely painful, as a nerve was hit and brushed off like it was minor.. fluid was removed and just un expectedly painful and the needle had to be inserted more that once in my left need which is crazy cause there is suppose to be a visual to prevent this. It was a traumatic experience for me. To top it off my x-rays were lost and I had to take more months later. Disappointed with the money paid up front for treatments that was in my eyes a marketing scheme that had no results.

I've been going to this facility for about a year for pain in both knees. They have helped me, but I'll admit it's not forever but I'm going back in May for another treatment. It does offer relief for a period of time, and everyone is different. Some people have longer lasting relief than others. What I'm really thankful for is Jill Ores in the Billing Dept. as BCBS has giving them and myself a bit of a run around with how they are going to pay but with some hard work and diligence, Jill has managed once again to come through with working with me and the insurance company for a compromise that we're all happy with. I hope Jill stays with this group for a long time as it's difficult to find help that goes the extra mile to help their patients resolve any billing disputes. Good work once again Jill!
