Cardinal Pointe Apts was a move I'm so grateful for! I moved here from Charlotte, North Carolina and have lived here for a year. I love my apartment and neighborhood. The rent is cheaper than Charlotte and the price in addition to the amenities you CANNOT and will not find a better deal! Thank you Kelly and Edison for your professionalism, hard work and willingness to help any way that they can. I have been living at Cardinal Pointe for a year now, my experience has been very good. Manager Kelly, is very kind and considerate of the residents. She's always willing to to help the new residents find the information they need to navigate in a new place. Also the maintenance staff are efficient and courteous, getting around to repairs in a timely manner. I give all the staff two thumbs up!!! Great job!!!
