We know that life happens and emergencies happen, but we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice of any changes or cancellations. If less than 24 hour’s notice is given, we charge half of the rate for the service scheduled. We will do our best to work with everyone on this, as we know things happens, but we are also a small local business spa, and we have to account for lost business. As an owner also, it is my job to take care of my employees and I do the best I can in that regard too. We are like family here, and I try to do everything I can to help my customers have a wonderful experience, help my staff make money, and myself as well.

We do not require it, but we do appreciate it greatly. My employees definitely enjoy it, and I greatly appreciate watching them do well.

It is up to you. Honesty between the massage therapist and the client usually offers the best treatment. Before your treatment you will fill out some information for the massage therapist to go over and it will allow the massage therapist to give you the best form of treatment as she or he may need to concentrate on specific areas depending upon the information. We want to make sure you get the best massage, facial, chemical peel, or waxing. Our spa is a place where it is all about you.

Typically for a massage, we ask folks to get to our massage spa at least 15 minutes before their massage begins, but the earlier the better, because it allows for the best treatment to be given. The massage therapist can have the opportunity to have proper time to go over any discomfort you have been feeling, and any medical conditions you may have. We want to make sure you also have time to get undressed, on the massage table and relaxed.

Absolutely! We will make sure they never leave the room that we are in so that they are secure. We take our customers' belongings and privacy very seriously. However, if you leave something in the lobby and someone else takes it, we will do our best to assist in its recovery, but may not be able to recover it. We will be responsible for our staff, but cannot be responsible for everyone.

If you are late for your appointment, we will do the best we can to make sure you get all the time you paid for. We are a small business though, and a family owned and operated one at that. We will work with you as much as we can, but we also want to make sure all of our customers get the time they booked for and be respectful of their time.

Absolutely! Our Spa is all about you and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. We Love regulars and we want everyone to know that they can come in and we will make it our goal to get you exactly what you want.

Typically you do, but there are times where we have cancellations and you can walk right in. Also, there are times where we can take a walk-in, but there are also times where we can fit you in quickly depending upon the service you are inquiring about. It is best to call first though.

Not sure, but Pure Escape is awesome. Nice ambiance, friendly staff, free glass of wine or coffee if arrive early, plus if you refer someone and they come for an appt, you receive $10 off your next visit. And, whenever you finish one appt, if you book your next appt within 30 days, you'll receive $10 off.
