They were able to capture and relocate a family of raccoons that were terrorizing a vacant house I had for sale and we were able to then complete the sale. It was very important to me that I knew the animals were not harmed. Critter control employees explained how they would be captured and released in a remote setting.

If I could give them a negative stars I would. We had bats and called this company to help get rid of them. They came and did a quote, we set up a payment plan woth them. Call to make our payment and instead of taking our first month they took the hole amout. The came up and did what they were supposed to do. A couple mths latter we had to call them to figure out what was going on bc we still had bats a guy came out and said all looks good nothing we can do until Aug. The next day we found the bats were come out the opposite side of the flashing. We now have hornets because they didn't seal the house up correctly. After calling them to complain they came out today to dust and seal up the house. We now have close to 200 hornets in our kitchen and got told to open our window to shoe them out or get a fly swatter, I am allergic to horents sting. What?! Unacceptable in my opinion!
