I am just trying to renew my plate's. Which were due in June, so now I'm late. I think its very confusing. When my Brother in Law tried to help ,he was told they were booked till September. I just need my new tags.

No we do not doing driver testing at this location, however in the same plaza there is the Missouri Highway Patrol testing site.

The Maplewood License Office is very helpful. This should be an easy problem. Take your ID, the title, and a copy of the death certificate to the office. May be a waiting list for service. Popular place.

You can take it at this location. They have an area in the parking lot for the parallel parking portion, etc.

I had to come in person. The written part is the only test given there. You have to take the driving part at Missouri Highway Patrol locations.

This is not the testing site. This office is where you renew your driver's license and you title your vehicle.

You have to take the test at a Missouri state highway trouper office. Then take that piece of paper to the dmv to get the license. The offices list hours etc. NOTE: You MUST bring paperwork, i.e. birth certificate/passport etc so make sure to get that in your hands before going and waiting in line.

No appointments are needed. You can just check in when you get there.

Are you asking about taking the tests? If so, no. This is a regular "DMV" location for paperwork. Once you pass your test or need to get your picture taken for your license, then you can go here.

You don't have to. Depends on the day. I made an appointment from home and it said I had 45 minutes, I left 15 minutes later and the time left went to zero very quickly, i delayed the appointment 3 times on the way and by the time I got there was still first in line. Next time I'll just go there, if it's backed up, I'll come back another day. They do a pretty good job of moving people through. Nothing like the lines in Clayton.

Go to the appstore and download QLess. Then search up their location and queue yourself in line. It'll estimate how long you have until you're next in line.

I think if the owner of the car has residence in IL, you can keep it there. Your daughter doesn't come into play unless she's the sole owner on the title

You have to ask the rental agency what type of driver's license you need to have. I recommend calling Enterprise Rent-a-Car and see what they say. Usually, they require a license recognized by the US and some type of car insurance (like "Geico, Progressive, or AAA).

You will need your current license, birth certificate, and proof of current address (lease/deed, utility bill, etc)

You need to complete an address form. Take that form into the DMV. You should know your driver's license number, DOB, your SSN, your old address, your license plate number, your new address, and your email address if updating online. You can also mail in the change of address form. This only to update your address. Go to HTTP://sa.dor.mo.gov. Navigate to the "Other Service" tab where it lists change address as an option.

Your best bet would be to go in or call. This is not monitored by the DMV. Also just a friendly tip for the future, don't post personal information like that online.

What do you mean by id number? Do you mean state ID or maybe drivers license? Those are two different things, and I recommend going to the dmv website for the most accurate info. Count on needing a current bill hat has your address and birth certificate/passport/drivers license from another state at the least.

You should check their website, but while I was in their office last week someone had a similar question. They were told they need a current bill (utility preferably), or lease agreement that had the address printed on it, birth certificate, and they had to take one of the general sign tests. Doing that and bringing your active license should suffice.

The DMV actually collects your old plates at the office when you apply for new plates.

Pretty sure you have 6 months to do a regular renewal. You will probably need to do the tests over again if it's longer than that
