I am just trying to renew my plate's. Which were due in June, so now I'm late. I think its very confusing. When my Brother in Law tried to help ,he was told they were booked till September. I just need my new tags.

You can mail your plate renewal notice card, if you got one in the mail, along with copies of the last two years personal property tax, proof of insurance, and safety and emissions paperwork that's less than 60 days old, to Jeff City MO license bureau. When I did this, They didn't just send me stickers, they sent me all new bicentennial license plates in the mail and it took about a month to receive. My plates had expired in July 2020 You also need to enclose payment for 1 or 2 years, whichever your options are.
