I was so excited to find out they were starting to sell more uncommon/rare plants.. I bought 4 plants from them that were $40-$80 a piece and then realized once I got home there were red spider mites, two spotted spider mites and THRIPS!! I have a large rare collection and I’ve never had thrips so I panicked and tossed the plants. I wasted like $200 here.. Buy with caution!

Lovely nursery. Areas are clearly labeled, beautiful plants and vegetables.

Well worth the trip to visit. They are great and have an amazing, healthy selection! Best Service in the Game!

Very professional and go out of their way to accommodate what you need. I had one of my trees go bad within a year of purchase…it happens. The other four were great! I went in and no questions asked, they had a new one for me (I did have to pay half price) and delivered the very same day ($60). I would like a full guarantee for less than 3 months, BUT overall their customer service is great. Highly recommend.

According to many websites, preservatives are not necessary to keep the tree fresh. It is important not to let the stump dry out. Keep the water level full. Christmas trees can absorb as much as a gallon of water a day. Also keep the tree from direct heat sources like a fire place, radiator or heat vent. The heat can dry out the tree quicker.
I do not work there, but they have one of the best selections of natives in the area, as well as knowledgeable people who can help you.
Yes, there's specific parking and usually a line with a mask required.
Call them to find out
I'm pretty sure they do.
Call them if that's a request or go online to their website. Also check out Stark's Nursery.
Yes. When I was there a week or two ago they had quite a few.
I called them for you and the reply was no, but they recommended you go online and check out Stark's Nursery. Actually that's a great suggestion. I've been there, it's not too far and they carry bare-root selections, heirloom items, etc. Garden Heights is very generous in suggesting businesses outside their own to be helpful to everyone involved. One of the many reasons I remain a faithful GH patron.
I believe they do.
Hi Joan! We definitely have ornamental grasses, however our in-stock varieties can vary day-by-day. Currently, we do have sedum, some yarrow, cat mint (no cat nip), and one variety of blue fescue in stock. Feel free to give us a call to see what we have while you're in town and we wish you luck in helping your son with his new plantings!
We do carry Yucca plants from time to time as they are available. We currently (as of July 1, 2018) have 2 'Golden Sword' Yucca in stock.
I suspect that they probably do. They are fairly common in this area so they shouldn't be that difficult to find. I'm sure they could order one for you from suppliers.
They have had many colors before. Carmel's, purple's, Reds, it is a little bit too early in the season for them to be out yet though. Later this month or by Mother's Day they should be out for purchase
