Yes, Missouri recently received a waiver from the federal regulation.

Yeah I emailed Mo dept of Motor vehicle & they stated that IDs are good till Oct 2018 , for TSA approved boarding flights. Pretty much saying the same thing Brad Beggs stated. Thanks for the reply BTW
