How do I make an appointment?
There's actually 2 garages in the complex where this DMV is located. Super convenient
No https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/HP32DES/InitialSortAction?column=city1
Yes, you have to go to http://www.crevecoeurdmv.com/ and follow the prompts to create an appointment. I just got my plates renewed today at 11:40am and made my appointment yesterday at around the same time. Hope this helps!
I don't know. Better to go there and ask.
Yes
I have walked in twice and there was no wait either time. If for some reason you want an appointment go on the website.
Make a new one, then cancel the old one
yes
Creve Coeur License office does not have written test facility. Balwin has a test center.
I would go to MO Dept. of Revenue website page then search for appointments. When I went to website a few moments ago there was a chat bot that came up and it said something about calling in about vehicle renewal. I also thought tag renewal could be done on line but not positive bout that.
Yes and when they do renew they will mail you with your changed info on the new documents. In the mean time if they make an inquiry then your new information will be given.
No, you can NOT take written or road tests in this location
stc.mo.gov/property-taxes-and-tax-receipts/ You'll probably have to contact the assessor's office to get copies.
I made my appointment in person but you may be able to make one by phone
I think you can cancel on line by going to their website.

Do you have to have a appointment to get a new ID
Yes
Waited in line roughly 1.5 hours without an appointment on 8/21, but it was a Friday
No. You need to go to Manchester office
They aren't taking appointments any longer. It's now, first come, first served. You need personal property receipt, safety and emissions inspection that's less than 60 days old. proof of insurance and vehicle registration renewal notice. If you don't have the notice, you can print it and complete it from Missouri Dept of Revenue website, FORM 184.
You use a website called timeacle (I don't have the URL). You need an emissions test, profe of property tax paid, the deed to the car, and personal identification
You can go to crevecoeurdmv.com and make appointments from the website.
830 am to 5pm Monday-Friday. 830an -130pm on Saturday. I would arrive by 3pm on weekdays to insure you get in. There's usually a line out the door. Hour or so waiting time.
Yes
Monday - Friday: 8:30AM- 5:30PM Saturday: 8:30AM- 1:30PM Sunday: Closed
You need to take both tests at the DMV
Any services related to drivers license are handled in this office. This includes applying for new license
There is typically no test to renew a license
The test looks at fundamental knowledge of rules of the road, including signs and scenarios. I would suggest looking for free practice tests online.
No. You need to go to Driver License office for written exam. Nearest i know is in St Charles. Refer this link for MO driver examination locations and timing https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/HP32DES/DESTable.jsp
I passed written test can I make my permit here
No
For a title? You should look it up on the DOR website, as it could include documents such as the Bill of Sale and/or Personal Property Tax waiver depending on the situation.
8:30 - 1:30
