What an absolute nightmare. Hands down worst experience out of any DMV I've been to. There was one older lady working who hates life, her job, or something. Very cold personality. Wouldn't accept the bill of sale I received so I went back to the seller who was just around the corner and when I got back she seemed upset I was back so quickly! She then scrutinized every shred of paper and claimed the sellers signatures didn't match so everything would need to be submitted to Albany for audit... She sat there and made it seem like I we lying, trying to "pull a fast one" or something like that. Lady, if you're reading this please retire. You clearly don't like your job or dealing with the public. I hope you hit every red light for the rest of your miserable life

Absolutely god awful, nasty person, slow and painful process and never tell you all the documents you need, would never recommend going here unless you want the wrath of an angry old lady struck upon you.

Yes. Leave a message if no one picks up, they are very good about returning calls quickly. A lot of stuff is currently done by drop box, also, so check the website or ask the clerk.
