Most recently there's a NEW manager at U-HAUL on Canal st. The Teall Ave location. I'm actually here now. Her name is Nikki. I've been a loyal customer for 3 decades. She is one of the top 2. She is professional compitant smart reasonable and friendly. She's aware of her business..she walks the grounds alot. She knows what's going on here at the facility. And making slight visible changes that are long over do. I appreciate her and welcome her efforts here. Also front counter Brian!!. I'm sure rest of staff is aok too. Totally helpful staff. I had zero problems picking up or returning the truck. Of all the issues that arise while moving, this wasn't one of them. Only issue was my boxes got wet that was positioned closest to the door because of heavy rain during the move. Maybe a faulty door on the truck or hole somewhere. Thank you guys for your insight and help! Corey, Keon, Jason and Santwan you are appreciated 💪🏾.

Absolutely 💯! The only U-Haul in Central NY that exchanges tanks is in West Utica.
Check at the store, it depends on the details. If it's one way....
U-Haul does not have to be open to drop off equipment, however if you drop off after hours you must go to uhaul.com/share and click on return my equipment to avoid an after hours service charge.
