Let’s start off with the horrible check in service, lady was rude & have 100$ security deposit plus some cleaning fee aparently 18$ non refundable. these rooms are gross ! Haven’t been cleaned so what’s the purpose of the cleaning fee.. Don’t ever book your stay here unless you like bedbugs, a sticky remote, no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. Ac that is useless . Mind you no ventilation feels like your breathing in all the mold that’s painted over. Simply gross. Not even 15 mins in the room and I’m booking another room somewhere else ! Really not gonna stay and get bit by something in my sleep

Excellent motel for overall experience. When talking terms of pricing, professionalism, cleanliness of guest rooms. The same standards used property wide. The facilities in excellect repair. No expense has been spared in keeping the guest room like new. I've stayed at this property for years now. Stright down the line. Every experience has been as expected. Furthermore, there is no lackadaisical approach in an effort to make guests at home. The rooms have a refrigerator / microwave. The second floor has beautiful high cathedral type ceilings giving the rooms a grand, majestic touch of eloquence. The modus operandi at this Stardust has always been honest. (Some people are expecting to arrive at the Four Season, yet still paying $60 per day)

I paid the amount for the room online, including the non-refundable deposit of $19.99. Upon arriving to the hotel, I was told I would have to pay an additional $117 for deposit and cleaning the room for "smoking." When I told Katie I wasn't going to pay an additional deposit, she ignored me, refused to give me any additional information, and refused to issue a refund. I was told I should have read the policy. In the confirmation email, I was informed I would have to pay an additional $10 deposit upon arriving - no big deal. How did $10 turn into $117? They are refusing to issue a refund and now I'm out $160 for ONE night. Can anyone help get this money back into my bank account?

No star rating for this motel/hotel.Really bad experience with our stay for 3 nights over the weekend. Because our house is being fumigated over the weekend, we needed a place to stay, a friend recommended Stardust Inn, my first impression of the place when I walked in the room was already bad, it's dirty, still have hairs on the floor from the last occupant, fridge dirty as well. Then the first night we got bombarded by bites from the bed bugs, they claimed the sheets were brand new and was hesitant to replace it. We tried talking to the manager but no success. I paid $300+ for 3 nights and they said there's an additional charge of $30 for the cleaning fee, isn't that part af the charge. I don't recommend it to anybody. Do not support this place and please spread the word.
