Bring exact change if you are paying anything in the kiosk. The machine shorted me 5 dollars and you have to call an 800 number to get reimbursed 😠! You're on the phone with them for 30 min trying to get that refund and it will take 2 weeks for you to get it back.🤨 your debit/credit options will charge you 7 dollars. It should say why it is suspended. If Medical, then a doctor's release and DMV medical release form is needed, if child support then that office needs to send a release to the dmv. If dui then sr22 and other paperwork is needed.

You can get it renewed, as long as it's not a real Id. IF you go get a your picture taken, see if they show it to you, they messed up on my picture and I stuck missing part of my face! I dont know how hard it is for dmv reps to take a picture?? They should let people get a retake if its the reps fault.
